About the Role:

The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and engaging top talent for Entry, Mid, and High-level roles in the technology and non-technology space. The Recruiter will conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and presenting candidates to the hiring team.

Required Skills

The candidate must have/be:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (It must have minimum 3 years experience in IT sector and 1 year experience on nearshore operation)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure
  • Sound oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical skills
  • Excellent in coordination and organizational skills
  • Quick thinker and able to work independently with minimal supervision
